Rate

We follow the guidelines that are set out by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. The recommended fee is $200 per 50 minutes.  You can find information about fees for Psychologists on the PAA’s website

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Direct Billing

We direct bill with Blue Cross and are adding more insurance companies to our direct billing list.

Tax Deductible

Psychologists’ fees are tax deductible and can be submitted with your income taxes.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa & American Express) as well as cash and email money transfers.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you please provide your Psychologist with 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
